Why should I book my rooms online through the Revolve Tour hotel page? What’s the benefit?

Booking your room online benefits you (the Group Leader), the hotel, and other event attendees.

It helps YOU: The group rate will only be offered to attendees making their reservations through the Revolve Tour hotel page. Booking your rooms online through the The Revolve Tour hotel page allows you to make a more accurate reservation. This is especially true for groups with 5 or more rooms reserved, because the hotel knows exactly how many rooms your group will actually be using. It also establishes who is rooming with whom, which can be useful to you for organizing transportation, locating a group member in case of emergency, and making sure that everyone in the group has a place to sleep.

It helps the HOTEL: This method of reservations allows the hotel to better understand your rooming needs (i.e. – how many people in a room, room type and any special needs) and will help the hotel serve you better during your stay.

It helps OTHER EVENT ATTENDEES: The use of rooming lists reduces last-minute cancellations. This frees up the maximum number of rooms for other attendees to use.
How do I book more than 5 rooms?

Once you’ve made your first reservation for up to 5 rooms on the Revolve Tour hotel page (online), you will be able to return to the main reservations page to make additional reservations.

How do you select which hotels will be on your list?

We contract with the hotels closest to the arena that give us the best rates for our attendees.

I reserved a room with two beds and at check-in they gave us a single-bedded room. Why does this happen?

When you make reservations at any hotel the hotel will not guarantee a room type. You can reserve a specific room type, but it is first come/first serve on the day you check in. The earlier you check in the better chance you have of getting the room type you requested.

Should I call the hotel to double-check my reservation?

Once you make your online reservation through the Revolve Tour hotel page, you will receive a confirmation letter including a confirmation number from our reservation system. Please do not contact the hotel directly until 30 days before your check-in date. Thirty days prior to the event, your hotel will send a final confirmation number to you.

Do you provide shuttle service from the hotel arena?

The Revolve Tour does not provide transportation.

What do I do if I’m bringing a group by bus?

Please contact the hotel directly to inform them that you will be bringing a bus.

The hotel will give you all details (i.e. – where to park, any fees incurred for bus parking, portage fees) that you will need to know in order to park your bus on hotel property.

What happens if I need to modify/cancel my reservation?

Any hotel room modifications/cancellations can be made through the Revolve Tour online hotel page. Please note: if you cancel within the 3 week period prior to the event, you will be charged the first night’s room fee plus tax. Your hotel acknowledgement email will have the exact cancellation deadline for your event.
