Do I need a ticket for myself?
No . . . if you are a Product Sales Team Volunteer, you do not need a ticket since you are volunteering throughout the event and do not have a reserved seat. The Team Leader at your booth will schedule your breaks. During your breaks, you may find a vacant seat and enjoy some of the event. This volunteer position allows two girls to attend free!

Yes . . . if you want to sit with your teen girl(s) during the entire event, you will need a ticket. Consider being on the Program Bag Distribution Team or Box Mover Team. You will earn one complimentary ticket which can be used for yourself or give to a teen girl.

Do I need to purchase tickets for the two girls I’m bringing?
No. You do not need to purchase tickets for the girls who are receiving the complimentary volunteer tickets. However, if the girls want to sit with a group, tickets need to be purchased with the group and the ticket cost can be reimbursed by following the steps in the Reimbursement Policy. Remember to keep your ticket stubs — they are required for reimbursement!
Will the girls who receive my complimentary tickets be able to sit with their group?
No. The complimentary tickets cannot be assigned with a group; however, if you purchase tickets with a group, you can be reimbursed by following the steps outlined in the Reimbursement Policy.
As a Product Sales volunteer, will I be able be sit with my daughter and see the event?
No. Product Sales Team volunteers are scheduled to serve throughout the event (with breaks, of course!) so you will not have a reserved seat. However, your Team Leader will give you opportunities to take a break, find a vacant seat and enjoy the event. We encourage you to be present, but allow your daughter to experience her individuation through this safe, fun and encouraging teen event.

If you want to sit with your daughter for the entire event, then we recommend volunteering with the Program Bag Distribution Team. The volunteer commitment is the morning of the event.

I am available to volunteer on Saturday, but not on Friday. May I still volunteer?
No. You must be available during the entire volunteer schedule in order to serve. You would miss important training, as well as leave a vacancy in the team.
When do I receive my complimentary tickets?
Product Sales Team – You will receive your two complimentary tickets when you check in on Friday at 4:00 p.m.

Program Bag Distribution and Box Mover Teams – You will receive your ticket upon completion of the job on Friday afternoon

What about parking, hotel and travel expenses?
You are responsible for any parking fees, hotel and travel expenses. For your convenience, the Revolve Tour website has a link to information regarding, arena parking fees, directions, and hotel accommodations.
What if I must cancel?
This is a commitment and we are counting on your participation. If you must cancel, please provide at least two weeks’ notice by phone or email. A 2-week notice is required (in case of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email).

Another option is to find a replacement volunteer, and then contact us with the required information to register your replacement.

If I must arrive on Friday at 4:00 p.m. for volunteer training, what do I do with the girls who are coming with me?
If you are scheduled to arrive at 4:00 p.m. and must bring attending girls with you, we will provide a chaperone until doors open at 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival at 4:00 p.m., you will check-in and receive your complimentary tickets. We will escort the girls to the designated “Parent Room” to wait until doors open at 5:30 p.m. When doors open, they will be released to find their seat. Please check the tickets to make sure you know where their seats are located.
What about meals for the girls attending?
Friday – Arena concession stands will be open when doors open on Friday at 5:30 p.m. and throughout the event.

Saturday – Box lunches are available for purchase by calling 1-888-49-FAITH; or arena concessions stands will be open throughout the event. Volunteers on the Product Sales Team will receive a complimentary box lunch on Saturday.

May I bring a friend, child or family member with me while volunteering?
No. Children and guests may not accompany you to the event. If you have a friend interested in volunteering, please invite them to register as a volunteer online.
If I’m unable to volunteer, should I find a replacement?
Yes! However your replacement must go through the same registration process and be confirmed by the Volunteer Coordinator.
