Arena Team
This position requires you to follow directions and stay on your feet for extended periods of time. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and you must be at least 18 years of age.
THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You are willing to follow directions, can handle light lifting of 25-30 lbs., and enjoy a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment. You must be at least 18 years of age. Arena Team members will NOT be able to attend the event sessions.
TIMES & MANDATORY ORIENTATION
Friday: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm Saturday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
This includes a REQUIRED volunteer meeting on Friday at 4:00 pm;
training will be provided at that time.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Expect a variety of duties such as keeping products stocked at tables, box lunch distribution and general assistance while the event is in session. Specific tasks are assigned at the volunteer meeting and may change.
BENEFITS: You will receive 3 free registrations* for The Revolve Tour. These tickets will be given to you when you go to volunteer. You may leave the tickets at Will Call for the girls to pick up on arrival at the event. You will also receive a box lunch on Saturday.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Seating: You will be working throughout the event, so you will not be able to attend the event.
Teens Arriving With You: We will provide a chaperoned waiting room for any teens arriving with you at 4:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30.
Food: You will be provided with a box lunch on Saturday. If you wish to purchase box lunches for the teens attending the event, you may do so by calling 877-9-REVOLVE. Most arenas do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought in to the facility.
NO RE-ENTRY POLICY: Please note: For security reasons, The Revolve Tour has a no re-entry policy during the event, which includes the lunch break.

Cancellation Policy: It is your important responsibility to contact us in case of cancellation. You are part of a team and not showing up for your commitment places additional work load on the other volunteers. Please notify the Volunteer Coordinator of your cancellation by email as soon as possible, but at least two weeks before the event.
